**Responsibilities**
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the full operations of the restaurant. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Customer Experience: Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and accurately. Actively engage with patrons on the floor to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and oversee the professional development of all FOH staff and coordinate with the Head Chef on BOH staff management. Lead and motivate the team to execute all duties.
- Scheduling & Performance: Set staff work schedules, monitor performance, and conduct regular appraisals with constructive feedback to improve productivity.
- Financial Control: Control inventory and monitor revenues. Manage operational costs, identify measures to cut waste, and modify procedures and prices as needed for profitability. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Quality & Inventory: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Regularly review and maintain high product quality, presentation standards, and ingredient freshness.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all sanitation, health, and safety regulations by all staff.
- Brand Promotion: Maintain and improve the restaurant's image, and recommend
**Professional Requirements & Qualifications**
- Experience: Several years of experience (3+ years preferred) in the food service sector, including a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role, ideally in a fine-dining or high-volume casual-elegant environment.
- Education: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
- Knowledge: Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to discuss menu items, ingredients, and wine selections confidently.
- Certifications: Responsible beverage service certification is required.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts, evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
