**Job Overview**
We're seeking a **Systems Analyst** with an **accounting background**, skilled in **system integration and implementation** across multiple departments and sites. You’ll act as a key link between IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure our systems serve the needs of our growing agricultural business.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead or support the implementation and integration of ERP and finance-related systems (e.g., inventory, payroll, crop management tools).
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and IT teams to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- Analyze current systems and workflows to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support across departments.
- Ensure system compliance with accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Act as liaison with vendors and consultants for system upgrades and technical improvements.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems integration, ERP implementation, or financial system support.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Hands-on experience in agriculture, agri-business, or related sectors (preferred).
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
