Your Impact
You will work closely with teams across Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and Customer Support, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless execution.
What the role offers
**As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will**:

- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Lead and evolve a focused team within the Engineering PMO function, including people management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
- Oversee a portfolio of technical projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource availability.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Drive program governance, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring executive visibility.
- Act as a single point of contact for program execution, providing timely updates, risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify and remove impediments to project success, maintaining focus on delivering value.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across the portfolio, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
- 8-10 years of experience in project/program management within the software or cloud industry,
- 3-5 years experience in a leadership or PMO role.
- PMP certification is required; additional certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional software and Cloud programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to VP and C-level executives.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing across time zones.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
