The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently receiving, picking, checking, packing, and shipping customer orders.

Receiving:

- Welcome and assist delivery trucks.
- Receive and unload incoming products; verify packing slips against purchase orders.
- Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects and report findings to the team lead.
- Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory.
- Enter PO using logistics software
- Replenish warehouse shelves with received inventory.
- Operate pallet jacks and lift trucks (training available).

Material Handling:

- Read and follow pick tickets to fill orders.
- Verify product numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
- Package in appropriate boxes/bins, label for appropriate site.
- Conduct routine inventory counts.
- Update inventory and logistics software.

Shipping:

- Process orders by using logistics software.
- Prepare shipments ensuring proper packaging and shipping methods.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Comply with all regulations, rules, and policies.
- Replace driver for deliveries during absences (Van and/or Cube truck).
- Replace coworkers at sites during absences (Saint Laurent and/or Mirabel).

Work Environment:

- 95% of the work is performed while standing, with frequent bending, reaching, climbing, pushing, and lifting.
- Fast-paced work environment.
- Clean and organized warehouse facility.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong verbal communication skills in French
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Teamwork, coordination, organization, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, data entry, and logistics software.
- Dependability and attention to detail.
- Class 5 Drivers License (minimum two years’ experience)
- Own a vehicle (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
