Adamson Systems Engineering is a mixed mode manufacturer with extensive vertical integration. We are in beautiful Port Perry Ontario. Our engineering group comprises Mechanical, Electrical, Software and Electro-acoustic disciplines. Our high-tech production applies lean manufacturing principals throughout, featuring, high speed pick and place, laser cutting, powder coating, CNC machining, and composite materials.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Improve day-to-day company operations
- Oversee production management team
- Implement Engineering procedures and structure
- Plan for and manage plant expansion
- Coordinate construction activity
- Oversee the management of infrastructure projects to improve workflow and create a high efficiency facility
- Manage Engineering targets / timelines
- Improve overall quality and output
- Promote safety culture by developing safety policies and adhering to Health and Safety regulations
- Strategic planning / lean layout

**Qualifications**
- B.Eng or completion of post-secondary education in a related field
- 10+ years’ experience leadership experience
- Experience in some aspects of factory construction/expansion
- Through understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet aggressive timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
