Chartwells Manoir Kirkland is looking for new team members

We are looking for dedicated and passionate Cooks who want to help make a pleasant dining experience for our Seniors.

Your responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking dishes based on established menus.

maintain quality and control on preparation of food.

keep cooking and prep area clean and sanitary according to sanitary standards.

Ensure we have the proper items to complete the task and inform the director of food services of any missing items from orders.

Must be able to work independently.

must be available in the evenings and weekends.

Diploma in Cooking preferred or 5+years' experience in similar establishment.

*Must be vaccinated against covid-19*

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
At Least two doses of the covid-19 vaccine required.

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
