We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our startup as a Management Trainee Intern. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the print services industry with the potential for full-time, permanent employment based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Print Operations Management: Assist in managing daily print operations, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of print jobs.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their printing needs, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Development: Collaborate on developing new print products, including custom vinyl decals, vehicle wraps, and trade show graphics.
- Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, online advertising, and local outreach to promote our services.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of all printed materials, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintenance: Help with the routine maintenance of the printer and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Workshops and Training: Participate in and help organize workshops and training sessions on printing techniques and graphic design.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Print Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a print shop or related environment is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Attributes: Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for the printing industry.
