Our mission is to create a learning environment that promotes employee growth and build trusting relationships with our clients. **What We Offer**: - Coaching, support, and performance reviews - Competitive benefits and recognition - Professional uniform - Growth and advancement opportunities **Responsibilities**: - Reliable, punctual, and excellent customer service - Following post orders, conducting property inspections - Deescalating incidents, removing unauthorized individuals - Promptly responding to alarms - Accurate reporting and documentation **Requirements**: - FEMALE officer based on site requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent - Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Professional, self-driven, and able to follow site-specific instructions - Building positive client relationships **Mandatory Licenses and Certifications**: - Valid BC Security Guard License (BST) (AST is considered an asset) - Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License - Clean Driver's Abstract - Federal Security Clearance (or eligibility, if required) - Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification **Experience**: - Relevant security experience is highly valued **Salary**: $22.50 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Life insurance - Vision care Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift - On call - Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: - BC Security License (preferred) Work Location: On the road
