**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting customers with bottling their wine, taking orders, starting new batches of wine
- General upkeep of store front
- Basic administrative tasks using Quickbooks; creating invoices, recording payments, creating customer profiles, updating inventory
- Unloading product shipments and restocking store shelves
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Prior experience in a retail setting (not required)
- Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize many different tasks
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
**Requirements**:
- Positive attitude - problems are opportunities, it’s easier to smile than frown
- Team player with determination, drive and desire to learn
- Be punctual, fit for duty and dependable for the rest of the team
- Believer in customer service excellence - polite, courteous and respectful
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
