**Join the FIRST GENERAL SERVICES property restoration team in BARRIE as a Project Manager**

**Come where your skills in scoping, sketching, and estimating using Xactimate will shine. The Project Manager will lead multi-person teams and is responsible for the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by fire, smoke, wind, water, mold, asbestos, etc. They will work in conjunction with property owners, adjusters, insurance companies, and/or property management companies and ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while bringing client property back to their pre-disaster conditions.**

**Responsibilities**
- Mange all aspects of restoration projects, including initial assessment, planning, execution, and completion.
- Determining and overseeing project pricing and estimating.
- Developing projects plans and establishing milestones and timelines for clients and project team using technical tools and software programs such as Dash, Xactimate, Xact Analysis, and Encircle.
- Coordinating internal resources and external vendors for the smooth execution of restoration projects.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and managing any change in scope, schedule and costs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of expenses, materials, and labor.
- Preparing detailed reports and providing project updates to clients when necessary.
- Conducting regular meetings in the office and on site to coordinate subtrades and site requirements.
- Collaborate with other office managers to ensure seamless coordination and project success.
- Assisting and support during site visits to assess, photograph and record details.
- Providing emergency services on an on-call basis once every 4 weeks for one week.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-task skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including MS Office and outlook
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills

**Requirements**:

- Previous project management experience
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in restoration industry (emergency, remediation, insurance, etc.)
- Estimating Projects Experience.
- IICRC certifications considered an asset (Water, Fire, etc.)
- Certification in Project Management (e.g PMP) is an asset
- Experience with restoration software such as Encircle, Xact Analysis and Xactimate is an asset
- Secondary schooling required
- Construction management background considered an asset, CET

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
