**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the **Estimating Administrato**r you will provide general administrative support and help information flow smoothly to/from and within the estimating group. You are involved in the accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices, quotations and coordination of utilities services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining a directory of suppliers and trades, contracts, certifications and contact information.
- Coordinating with Purchasing, Production and Construction teams on project changes.
- Processing field PO’s, coding, reviewing and distributing invoices.
- Entering new jobs in tracking system and uploading relevant documentation to estimating system.
- Registering Construction and Warranty staff for CRHBA, BILD and SAIT functions and courses.
- Organized; you effectively manage your time while balancing multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator; you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and in written communication.
- An active listener; you seek to understand and listen to others in a non-judgmental way.
- Detail oriented; you focus on detailed accuracy when dealing with a high volume of work.

**Essential Requirements**:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint. PowerPoint and Excel) and estimating software (BuildPro, SupplyPro, NewStar etc.).

**Preferred Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in Architectural Technology would be an asset.
- Knowledge in residential construction is preferred.
- Previous experience working with a land development company or a homebuilder is an asset.

**Work Conditions**

You will work primarily in an office setting during regular office hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
