**Retail Associate & Fulfillment Specialist**

**RETAIL SHOWROOM**
- Be a mini mioche expert - in terms of both the company and the products we sell. Educate the consumer on what we do and why it’s special/unique
- Ensure a consistent, elevated and memorable customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond at every interaction (proactively greeting/welcoming customers; get to know them by remembering them; offering them assistance, escorting them to racks and counters, suggesting items, asking their names and providing yours etc.)
- Advise customers by providing accurate information on products (ie. features, pricing and after-sales services etc.)
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; cross-selling-offering suggestions and opinions; answering questions about specific products; and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Document sale by creating or updating customer records
- Process payments by totalling purchases; processing payments
- Keeps customers informed by notifying them of future merchandise/events of potential interest
- Achieve established sales goals
- Communicate low inventory items to Guest Experience & Showroom Coordinator
- Work effectively with other team members to provide a fun and inclusive environment
- Provide ideas for traffic, sales, event and community-building initiatives
- Support the Guest Experience & Showroom Coordinator in ensuring the store is consistently clean, organized, well-merchandised (in line with the merchandising guideline), stock is tagged/received and put out in a timely manner, windows are cleaned, signage is correct and on-brand etc.

**ECOMMERCE ORDER FULFILLMENT**
- Pick and pack orders in a timely, efficient and detail-oriented manner, ensuring items are pulled and packed correctly
- Ensure any gift-wrapped orders are packaged with care
- Assist Inventory Specialist and Fulfillment Specialist as required - shipping, inventory cycle counting, fulfilling overstock bins, cleaning, organizing etc.

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment and/or customer experience an asset
- Previous experience with Shopify POS an asset
- Positive, high energy, collaborative, open and honest
- Flexible working style and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in order fulfillment an asset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Is outgoing, positive, pro-active has great energy, is open-minded, creative, a problem solver, quick-thinking, has a great sense of humour and the ability to roll with the punches
- Has excellent relationship building skills
- Is familiar with the mm brand and understands its unique offering and positioning
- Has a strong interest/passion for sustainability and locally produced product
- Is ideally already familiar/passionate about the brand and understands the brand ethos and identity
- Has a similar aesthetic to mm
