# Skills
- Prior experience as a diesel mechanics or small engine repair is required
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Solid mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians
- Experience in a dealership setting is preferred
