**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the needs of children.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Lead and mentor staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Utilize computer operation skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication.
- Create inclusive classroom experiences that accommodate children with special education needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate children's development and adjust programs accordingly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

**What you will bring to the position**:

- Proven experience working with children in an educational or care setting is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams or groups.
- Proficiency in both English and French is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with special education practices is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Time management skills to effectively balance multiple responsibilities within the classroom.
