**Technical Sales Representative - Calgary**

Lexia Communications Inc., an authorized service provider for **BIG TECH COMPANIES**, is seeking enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused **Sales Representatives** to join our growing Calgary team. As a Sales Representative, you will handle **inbound and outbound sales calls**, work with **warm leads**, and play a key role in converting those leads into successful sales. **Responsibilities**:

- Make and receive **inbound and outbound calls** to promote and sell BIG TECH COMPANIES mobility and internet services.
- Convert **warm leads into successful sales** by building rapport and understanding customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and resolving post-sale issues.
- Manage and nurture client accounts, building long-term relationships.
- Track sales performance, report results, and contribute to overall team success.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom or technology industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
- Strong ability to **close sales over the phone** and consistently hit targets.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with mobility/internet products.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $18/hr Base + Unlimited Commission
**Additional Pay**: Commission-Based
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (with some weekend availability)
