- Complete sales transactions, place orders, maintain documents and records.
- Create marketing strategies, presentations, and business plans in order to increase traffic.
- Manage and handle accounts such as social media, networking, client newsletters, and exit offers, while outputing ideas for posting and consistent engagement.
- Performing clerical functions such as answering telephones, distributing purchase orders, scheduling, copying, faxing and filing.
- Provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Expert in communication and listening
- 3-5 Years Sales & Customer Service Experience.
- Marketing, SEO, : Google Ads, Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager 3 years (preferred)
- Strong communication skills required (verbal & written) post-secondary, industry and/or marketing experience an asset.
- Be comfortable working with the public.
- Knowledge of basic industry-related terms and experience.
- Product knowledge is an asset.
- Can manage an annual budget
- Proven ability to use data to drive decision making

**Salary**: $37,440.00 to $42,000.00 /year
Starting Salary is 18.00 per hour with a guaranteed raise to 19.00 after 90 days, after review, and 20.00 per hour after completing one year. After this time our standard cost of living raise is implemented yearly and reviews as needed throughout.
