We offer a “promote from within culture”, training, solid pay plans, benefits and perks including employee incentives on vehicle purchases, parts and service. - Want change in a disruptive market - Like being uncomfortable with "change" to grow - Want to be part of the "new era" of analytical leadership and empowerment - Have no Management experience but an "open" mind and driven **Responsibilities**: - Supervise, direct, lead all aspects of the Dealership Parts Department - Implement all systems, scheduling and procedures in the Parts Department - Maintain high profitability in all areas and keep all departmental expenses under strict control - Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times - Maintain inventory control including purchasing, selling, and stocking, pricing and counting parts **Qualifications**: - Minimum three (3) years relevant parts management experience in a Dealership environment - Minimum five (5) years experience in a management or supervisory role - Three (3) years experience as a Parts Advisor or inventory clerk, preferred - Customer Service experience - Strong ability to lead and manage If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
