**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement action plans to deliver results
- Manage a staffing plan to drive results
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Coordinates with customers regarding discrepancies and errors in the supply chain process
- Addresses logístical problems and furnishes solutions to these issues
- Meets with other managers to confer about products, shipping times, and distribution issues, among many other concerns
- Improves business by opening new contracts and enhancing systems

**QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:

- 3- 5 years’ experience in professional environment
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent talent management and team building skills

**Preferred**
- Familiarity with MHE
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or Ailisxe is a plus
- Speaking Korean is a plus
- Willing to be relocated
