**Job description**

Job roles & responsibilities
- Responsible for day-today retail sales operations over the counter through the shop or via phone.
- Answer parts enquiry phone calls, providing price quotes, additional information as required to conclude sales & upsell associated parts wherever deemed fit.
- Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Receive payment from retail customers either as cash/transacting through POS machines or obtains credit authorization for credit customers & follow-up for on-time Account Receivables. Ensure that all customers receive their copy of the invoice.
- Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Have a warm welcoming pleasing professional personality & be courteous to every customer & colleagues.
- Interact with customers & obtain market intelligence on new models in market, new parts requirement potential, competitor presence & sales promotions, etc. Share these to management team on regular basis.
- Ensure right inventory maintenance in store & warehouse.
- Notify parts procurement on out-of-stock parts/low stock quantity to ensure timely replenishment of parts for the outlet. Replenish assigned inventory daily. Follow-up on back-order parts.
- Ensure to maintain a lost sales record/tracking & inform Sales mgmt / procurement team on the new parts requirement.
- Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered. Ensure parts in stores racks are kept in their assigned bin locations. Ensure Zero Parts damage while handling parts in store / warehouse.
- Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up.
- Assist outdoor sales representatives in executing (invoicing & delivery readiness) their orders.
- Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts.
- Cleans computer terminals and printers daily.
- Identify & coordinate with Sales Manager for decisions on warranty returns & warranty replacement, ensuring that the original invoice, or invoice number is available to verify the purchase and pricing of the product.
- Organize Parts Core returns to main warehouse/supplier premise for core recycling.
- Other tasks as assigned, time to time.

Incumbent experience & traits
- Experience in Heavy duty/Light Duty Truck parts sales, experience in parts counter sales/parts outdoor field sales is preferred. Experience in Commercial vehicle aftersales functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills. Eager to learn & excel. Good in MS Office. Knowledge of AS400 / PowerBI is an added advantage.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
