F&b - Server

We are presently searching for our next talented team member as a Server to join our Food & Beverage team. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you.

Start Date: June 15, 2025

**Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)**
- Greet and guide customers to the table in a timely manner.
- Attend to customers, take food, and drink orders.
- Respond to menu and dietary questions.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
- Suggest appetizers, meals and desserts to customers based on the menu and specials.
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever clarification is requested.
- Cleaning and sanitizing eating areas based on current safety protocols.

**Job Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Possess or is willing to acquire Serving It Right certification.
- Outgoing personality.
- Knowledge of up-coming trends in the industry & food knowledge
- Some knowledge of working with POS systems
- Well organised approach to problem solving
- 1 year of serving or customer service experience.
- Experience serving alcohol.
- To meet seasonal demands, you may be required to assist in other departments as needed
