**The Opportunity**

Executive Coordination duties will include:

- Using the highest level of confidentiality and discretion, being an ambassador for the Company by demonstrating professionalism and warmth.
- Managing, booking, optimizing and supporting the CEO’s schedule including details - learning and ensuring preferences are in place.
- Ensuring that the CEO has all material and briefing notes well ahead of meeting times, in a clear, easy-to-review format - including a weekly summary of next week’s schedule.
- Maintain the CEO’s contact list, including notes and specifics to those contacts. Understanding the importance and relevance of strategic contacts and developing a relationship with those contacts.
- Providing, as required, background research for the CEO on various matters. Using initiative to determine best sources for comprehensive and relevant research.
- Writing correspondence for the CEO, including suggesting when correspondence could optimize a relationship.
- Attending various events to provide support to the CEO, sometimes outside of typical working hours.
- Preparing agendas, briefing materials and meeting materials.
- Preparing the CEO’s various expense reports and other administration requirements.
- Managing the CEO’s digital and paper filing systems for ease of use and document accessibility.

Team Coordination duties will include:

- Acting as a resource to the leadership team.
- Developing, maintaining, and strengthening professional working relationships across the organization and its larger network.
- Working collaboratively with others, forging connections.
- Discretely handling confidential information and data - adhering to privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Actively supporting the team; working to prevent and solve problems which may arise from working relationships among individuals and/or teams.
- Staying current by continuously updating job and industry knowledge - exhibiting a keen desire to self-develop and improve.
- Leveraging technology to improve organization, communication and efficiency.
- Understanding the Company’s business model, how to create value and how change impacts all areas of the organization; being a positive change agent.
- Actively building an inviting company culture.

**Qualifications**:
*
*
- 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Experience building internal and external relationships, handling difficult personalities and handling conflict situations while demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering results with an entrepreneurial spirit of self-confidence and a positive, self-motivated approach.
- Demonstrated ability to create solutions for a variety of high-severity requests or escalations in a fair and tactful way.
- Excellent collaborator and communicator in written and verbal form.
- Strong reading and writing skills, proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite.
- Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity.
- Passionate about building a community and being the connector that makes it happen.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
