**Primary Responsibilities**
- Produce daily Profit and Loss Report
- Assist with Weekly Flash of financial results
- Perform Monthly Inventory True-up process
- Complete Monthly Account Reconciliations
- Perform monthly ASAT (Arconic Self-Assessment Tool) audit testing
- Calculate and process daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries
- Assist with Annual Budget Review
- Run cost variances for manufacturing efficiency review
- Assist Accounts Payable matching and vouchering
- Produce Monthly Obsolescence and FIFO Inventory Reports
- Prepare and Analyze spend Data
- Manage financial reporting of Fixed Capital
- Prepare daily invoicing
- Review & Assist training for local payment cards process
- Receive non-inventoried PO’s
- Adhoc projects as needed

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related fields
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be extremely organized and a self-starter
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with JDE/Oracle is considered an asset
- Experience with Internal controls / audit is considered an asset Experience in a production/manufacturing background is considered an asset

**Work Environment / Conditions**:Standard office environment with a regular Monday - Friday schedule. Paid overtime is often required at month-end and may periodically be required based on business demand & needs throughout the month. Inventory True-up is performed on the last workday of the month between 7:30PM - 9:30 PM.
