**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing support to the Global Quality Training team on the management of training programs, sessions, records and other projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the training schedules for Global Quality Training Programs (GQTP) and day-to-day administration of training sessions.
- Coordinate with GQTP trainers, GBS Training team and required participants to ensure training sessions are adequately created in GLMS and facilitate any issues encountered.
- During the training sessions, support trainer with monitoring and updating participant list in GLMS as well as supporting participants with Quiz accessibility issues.
- Support troubleshooting issues with GLMS and Content Server systems collaborating with Global Quality Learning Operations team.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining training metrics including training gap reports. Liaise with impacted parties in the closure of outstanding training gaps across all sites.
- Support Global sites with training documentation needs related to Global training programs and communicate regarding the training follow-up activities
- Enter and manage training documentation data for the Global Quality Training Programs.
- Create Certificates, maintain tracking lists for Certification Programs
- Generate standard and business specific GLMS reports including Training History, Learning Needs, User Curricula Status, Item Status reports and any report specific requests.
- Explore opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement through interaction with trainers, trainees, GBS and GQLO teams
- Partner with training content creators from GQTP and business stakeholders to facilitate maintenance of periodic review.
- Provide support in the management of projects from initiation to close and may be responsible for independently managing initiatives of low complexity and scope.
- Lead in the development, support and maintenance of the filing systems for the team.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
- . Demonstrate the corporate values (Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance and Passion) to maintain a sustainable quality culture.
- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education
- Post-secondary education in Business, Science or equivalent
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of scientific / medical / regulatory terminology preferred.
- Excellent word processing skills
- Proven organizational, problem solving, customer service and time management skills demonstrated by previous work experience, in order to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to deal professionally with individuals at all levels within the organization, as well as with external contacts
- Must be flexible towards working hours, if needed.

- Experience with document management systems for retention and archival preferred
