**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are functional and well-maintained.
- Provide commercial cleaning services in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues encountered.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

**Experience**
- Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Ability to manage time effectively while performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
