**Job Summary**

Our Product Development team provides our customers access to an ever-growing portfolio of thoughtfully created decorative lighting, bulbs, and electrical products. We are looking for a dynamic Product Coordinator with a growth mindset to join our team in this entry level position. We want someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for detail and has a get-things-done mentality. Key responsibilities include supporting the Product Managers on the implementation of new product development strategies and coordinating product development projects across departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate sales and production projects
- Prepare necessary files to kick off production to suppliers and internal teams
- Oversee production rollouts by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare quote files, sell sheets, customer buy documents and product spec sheets required by the sales teams
- Coordinate and provide samples and product information to sales teams within deadlines
- Create product pallet configurations using TOPS for shipmarks and sales teams
- Create and maintain product information in the system database; ensure data is error free and current
- Process invoices related to sample shipments and production
- Perform and log comp shops regularly; have a good understanding on how products compare the market in both the US and CAN
- Performs other tasks related to his/her area of expertise, as needed
- Support on development projects

**Qualifications**

DEC or Bachelor’s degree

Preferred 1-2 years relevant work experience

Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Extremely well organized

Fast learner

Strong communicator

Naturally curious/inquisitive

Practical

Self-motivated

Thrives under pressure

Good at prioritizing
