Are you looking for a unique opportunity to make a difference and impact with youth in the Town of Stony Plain and Tri-Region area? If you have experience repairing bicycles and an interest in working directly with youth aged 11-17 to implement a skill-based experience, we want to hear from you

We are currently hiring for a casual, Youth Bike Program Mentor for the GEAR program. Reporting to the Youth Services Supervisor, this position will lead the bicycle repair program and work with and encourage youth to learn the workings of bicycles while developing vital life skills including problem solving, teamwork, leadership, communication skills, as well as respect and appreciation.

This is a casual position based on approximately 7-10 hours per week. The hourly pay range for this position is $30-37 based on experience. The GEAR program is expected to take place on Wednesdays or Thursdays between 4-6pm. To start ASAP.
