of our partners across North America. Our omni-channel model is also supported by ten retail “shop-in-shop” experience centers and
by wholesale activities. Following our steady growth, we are looking for a highly energetic, responsible, and experienced
Client Advisor (sale associate) for our shop-in-shop inside the Hudson’s Bay department store at Richmond Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Sales
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs and demonstrating

excellent knowledge of the products
- Build long-term relationships between customers and LXRandCo by clienteling
- Assist the Senior Client Advisor (Shop Manager) with daily operations in an effective and efficient manner
- General upkeep of the store
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Other related tasks as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven retail experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retailer
- Proven ability to sell big-ticket items
- Proven experience in customer satisfaction
