**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with, and lead, all food & beverage teams of the hotel: Sosta Pizzeria, bar, and in the kitchen.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Manage service staff at restaurant, bar
- Optimize guest satisfaction with regards to service
- Participate to coaching and training staff reflecting Groupe Germain service standards
- Provide guidance and support to the Servers
- Schedule staff according to forecasts
- Maintain inventories and ensure equipment is in working order
- Ensure quality levels and maintain quality standards in production, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate Group and individual reservations
- Maintain safe working conditions and practices
- Liaise regularly with other departments
- Organise food and beverage events, promotions and advertising

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Previous supervision experience required
- Knowledge of current employment laws & health and safety regulations
- Proficient in English with second language an asset

**Salary**: From $49,000.00 per year
