**INTERNATIONAL FACILITATORS PLUS - Abbotsford, BC**

**OFFICE ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT**

IFP is looking to fill an Office Admin Support role within our Abbotsford, BC corporate office. In addition to admin duties, this individual will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day office services and ensure that they run efficiently and effectively.

**IMMEDIATE OPENING - **$22.00**+ **Plus per hour / Based on experience

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform various admin duties and responsibilities individually & with team
- Co-ordinate and monitor the daily admin activities of the office
- Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet daily operating requirements
- Develop, monitor, and maintain internal admin quality controls
- Oversee data management, create reports, draft correspondence, etc.
- Develop effective working relationships with team members and clients
- Initiate and maintain reports and records in compliance with company regulations
- Plan and organize the purchase of office supplies as required
- Maintain a pleasant, positive, productive, and secure working environment
- Act as liaison with company executives, other departments, and divisions
- Exercise the utmost discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted as required

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience with administrative practices and procedures
- Proven data management methods
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office software programs
- Excellent office computer skills

**Salary (Hourly)**: $22.00**+** plus per hour / based on experience

**Workdays**:Monday - Friday / In-office

**Hours**: 30 hours per week (additional hours as needed)

**Location**: Abbotsford, BC
