MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a **Journeyman Plumber**to join our dynamic service team. This is a full-time, field-based role supporting our clients in Red Deer and surrounding communities.

**What You'll Do**:
As part of our Service Team, you will:

- Perform small-scale commercial installations and service work
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain: Commercial, agricultural, and residential plumbing systems, Hydronic systems (boilers, commercial hot water tanks, pumps, controls, etc.), and Furnaces and HVAC components (if experienced).
- Follow applicable safety protocols, codes, and company policies
- Participate in the on-call rotation (as required)
- Recommend comprehensive, proactive repairs and maintenance solutions
- Stay local - no out-of-town work or long hauls

**What We're Looking For**:

- Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter Certification preferred
- 3-4 years of plumbing service experience preferred (commercial or mixed sector)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Alberta plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on service call
- Knowledge of MiLo products and terminology (we’ll help you get up to speed)
- Industry experience preferred

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
