**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct group tennis lessons for players of various ages and skill levels.
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and drills.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players.
- Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment on the court.
- Assist with organizing programs, camps, and events as needed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive tennis lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students and groups.
- Teach fundamental tennis skills, techniques, and strategies to players of varying abilities.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other instructors to promote programs and improve overall student experience.

**Experience**
- Previous coaching or competitive playing experience required.
- Tennis Canada / USPTA / PTR or equivalent coaching certification is an asset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with children, youth, and adults in group and private settings.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- Flexible hours (evenings and Saturdays may be required).
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
