Spotlight Electrical is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Lead-Hand to join our dynamic team of professionals. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a fantastic chance to contribute to exciting projects while working alongside talented individuals in a supportive environment. As an Electrical Lead-Hand, you will play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities of the position include**:

- Manage crews 3-5
- Understand and interpret blueprints, design drawings
- Work closely with project managers
- Ability to budget time and resources effectively
- Be able to use organizational software for note-taking and quality control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- electrical: 3 years (required)
