**Education**:Journeyman Electric Motor Service Technician (EMST) or equivalent

**Credentials**:Journeyman Electric Motor Service Technician (EMST), with AC/DC Mechanical/Electrical experience

**Experience**:Rewind andMechanical repairs including AC/DC, vertical, medium voltage

**Languages**:Speak, read, and write English

**Major Work Area**:Shop, indoor work

**Area of Specialization**:Medium voltage winding with mechanical experience

**Specific Skills**:

- Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of electromechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment
- Repair or replace damaged components
- Test to ensure proper performance
- Medium voltage rewind experience

**Own Tools/Equipment**:Basic hand tools for trade and steel-toe safety boots

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, team environment

**Transportation**: Reliable transportation

**Essential Skills**:Time management, reading text, document understanding and use, written and oral communication, working well with others, problem solving, critical thinking, significant use of memory, computer knowledge.

**Other**:Journeyman ticket preferred, but not mandatory. Equivalent training/work experience may be acceptable.

**Salary**: $29.00-$52.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
