We are an innovative & forward-thinking Real Estate Brokerage located in Markham that services a diverse client base. We are looking for a creative, reliable and self-motivated Social Media Manager to grow with us.

**1+ years of marketing experience in real estate industry is preferred**

You will serve as a trusted advisor to implement marketing initiatives for elevating our brand awareness and driving traffic growth. You will be expected to be up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and be able to express our company’s voice in a creative and cohesive way.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Generate, edit, publish and share high-quality property listings post, stories, event flyers, video contents and etc. on social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Wechat, Red and Tiktok)
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices in Real Estate; monitor market trends, industry-related articles, and manage the aesthetic appearance and engagements of our social media accounts
- Take ownership to strategize, create and manage digital marketing campaigns, coordinating administrative tasks, and manage them to completion.
- Measure and improve content performance by tracking and evaluating analytics
- Improve SEO; Generate more leads with paid platforms ie Google Ad, Facebook Ad.
- Help coordinate project launches; aid in production of marketing collateral and signage schematics.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite), Mailchimp, Canva and Meta Business Suite, working knowledge of Adobe Suite

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in social media management; confident in creating social media posts and managing business pages & profiles
- Capacity to generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing
- Ability to create digital media including graphic designs, videos, and photos
- Energetic, comfortable being in front of a camera, enjoys creating content independently or collaborate with other team members
- Confidence to take the lead and guide or train other team members when necessary.
- Strong project management skills; self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and resources

**Experience**:

- Media, Arts & Design Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- A portfolio of previous work i.e. service or product-related promotional posters, business social media accounts managed, etc. with your resume is encouraged
- Salary based on work experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Bonus pay
