**JOB POSTING - Management - Quality Assurance Administrator**

Community Living & Respite Northumberland (CLRN) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the full inclusion and citizenship of people with disabilities who reside in Northumberland County. CLRN strives to achieve this by building individual, family and community capacity. The **Quality Assurance Administrator**works closely with the organization’s management and direct support professionals to promote and guide quality support, services and compliance of the Social Inclusion Act 299/10.

**We are currently seeking a dynamic energetic individual to fill a Part-time, 30 hours per week Quality Assurance Administrator Position projected to begin April 1, 2025.**

The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a continuous Quality Improvement plan, assessing organizational performance, promoting quality service and ensuring the Organization meets the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) compliance requirements.

A commitment to the Organization’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as the promotion of the Organization’s culture of leadership, quality service, transparency, learning and innovation is paramount.

This position requires initiative, the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, and excellent time management to meet targets and deadlines. The ability to work independently, train, build capacity, accept feedback and be open to learning and innovation. Possess excellent computer literacy, database navigation and input and proficiency in AIMs specifically.

Educational qualifications for this position include a college diploma or degree in Social/Human Services with 2-3 years of demonstrated knowledge, skill and experience in quality service including the Social Inclusion Act 299/10, Quality Assurance Measures (QAM) and Personal Outcome Measures.

Required are a valid G license, access to a vehicle, an acceptable driver’s abstract and a current and acceptable Criminal Reference/Vulnerable Sector Check that has been issued within the last six months.
