**Front Desk Guest Services Agent (Part-Time)**
**Quality Hotel Burlington**
**Salary**: From $17.90 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent

Are you a friendly, professional, and energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people? The **Quality Hotel Burlington** is looking for a part-time **Guest Services Agent** to join our team If you’re passionate about hospitality and have strong customer service skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out processes efficiently and courteously
- Handle all guest payments accurately
- Maintain documentation for room registration, billing, and customer service issues
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Promote and represent the hotel positively at all times
- Ensure the lobby and front desk are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns to the appropriate departments
- Follow all procedures related to guest privacy and hotel security

**Qualifications**
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- 1-3 years of customer service experience required
- Previous hotel or resort front desk experience preferred
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
