Working closely with a Senior Investment Advisor to assist with:

- Fielding calls from clients, prospects and others
- Completing client appointment packages
- Inputting data
- Coordinating client events
- Processing client trades
- Setting appointments
- Client interaction
- Assist with prospecting
- Projects on an as needed basis
- File organization and maintenance
- Maintaining CRM
- Maintaining performance data
- Building financial planning packages
- Product research

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years working with a licensed IIROC/CIRO advisor

Technical skills required:

- Office 365 package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Preference given to those with experience with National Bank backoffice programs, such as iMost, NextRep, Univeris, Octacom, Croesus, Compass and NIAD.
- Preference given to those with previous experience with iA Private Wealth and familiar with eSignature Express, Client Onboarding and Wealthlink.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-06-01
