**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** to join our residential construction team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in site management, quality control, and timely project delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities and ensuring our homes are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site operations for multiple residential construction projects
- Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Monitor site progress and report project milestones to the office team
- Conduct quality control checks and address any deficiencies promptly
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Resolve on-site issues effectively with strong leadership and communication
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and city inspectors as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1.5 years of experience** in residential construction supervision (single-family, duplex, or multifamily)
- Strong understanding of Alberta Building Code and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractors
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Buildertrend) is an asset
- CSTS, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications preferred

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
