- Troubleshoot product issues using strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Service mobility equipment (manual and power mobility devices, hospital beds, etc.)
- Install products in-home (grab bars, floor to ceiling poles, etc.)
- Maintain home oxygen equipment
- Communicate with customers, sales staff and office staff in a professional manner
- Schedule service requests in-store, in-home and in long term care/retirement facilities
- Ensure that service requests are handled efficiently
- Use computer and communicate with manufacturers to obtain part numbers
- Maintain service and delivery records with appropriate documentation
- Provide assessments and quotes for repairs
- Use product knowledge to make recommendations to clients
- Participate in continuing education programs relevant to product lines
- Responsible for cleanliness of company vehicle and for arranging regular maintenance
- Accountable for tools provided
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in general warehouse duties such as receiving, stock picking and organizing
- Perform other duties as required

**Education/Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy
- Minimum two years experience servicing mobility products and Home Medical Equipment
- Comfortable with mechanical diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license Class G, clean driving record and background check
- Commitment to provide outstanding customer service
- Empathetic nature and able to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with little supervision

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
