**About This Opportunity**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a production leader to manage a team and optimize a large supply chain operation. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing product using efficient and safe manufacturing processes through the supervision of production team members. Additionally, you will be responsible to lead sanitation team and ensure that quality standards are met.

**Afternoon shift : 2h00pm to 22h30 (flexibility required) **_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead sanitation team and generate work order for sanitation
- Ensure that the right quality product is produced in the right time at the best cost
- Support line efficiencies and key performance indicators
- Manage the manufacturing process inclusive of Blending, Filling & Packaging.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on equipment breakdowns or operation stops that cause downtime.
- Manage within labor budget
- Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up
- Supervise and improve changeovers of packages and flavors
- Manage overall package and product quality to ensure all standards and specifications.
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree completed, and/or equivalent work experience required;
- Fully proficient in English and French (verbal & written)
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a production/manufacturing unionized environment with a minimum of two (2) year directly supervising a team;
- Working knowledge of GMP’s, Health and Safety Standards, HACCP or ISO standards;
- Extensive knowledge of the principles of continuous improvement and methodological tools for problem-solving and leadership performance;
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SAP
