**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Summer Student - Administrative Assistant to support our office operations during the summer months. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining practical administrative experience in a community-based nonprofit organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
- Assist with scheduling meetings and organizing calendars
- Maintain records and databases accurately and confidentially
- Support HR and finance teams with summer projects, as needed
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and communications
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all organizational policies and procedures
- Support the admin team and program managers by helping cover duties during vacations, ensuring workflow is maintained
- Participate in improving office systems and communication processes during peak vacation periods
- Assist with internal events, training sessions, or summer projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a current full-time student returning to school in the fall
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Previous administrative or office experience is an asset but not required
