Nisku, Canada WF Steel & Crane Full time

An opportunity currently exists within our organization for an experienced, full-time Service and Parts Coordinator to provide administrative support in our Nisku Crane Service and Parts Division.

Work duties will consist of but not limited to the following:

- Customer Service.
- Prepare part quotes and process customer’s orders.
- Assist Service Manager with scheduling and coordination of Service Technician Work orders.
- Assist Purchasing Manager with PO processing. Get quotes, write up POs etc.
- Manage Service Calls.
- Prepare service and parts quotes to be reviewed by the service manager.
- Prepare purchase orders for parts to complete jobs.
- Office Clerical and administration work.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- MS office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Superior organizational skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Exceptional time management.
- Able work independently, as well as part of a team.
- A working knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems would be beneficial.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Scheduling experience an asset.
