We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our vehicles and services, and ensure a positive online experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via online chat, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our vehicle inventory, financing options, and dealership services.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments for test drives, service, and maintenance.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the online experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or online support is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.45-$27.86 per hour
