Commercial Contract Nursing Corp. (CCNC) is dedicated to the recruitment of professional healthcare professionals. We are currently looking for Registered Practical Nurses to support our clients' needs in long-term care. This is a position that requires positive interpersonal relationships and the ability to deal with people from all walks of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use evidence-informed practice to perform safe and respectful care to residents
- Ensure resident care is delivered in a way that maintains resident dignity, privacy, and acknowledges independence, spirituality, and individuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop client-centred care plans
- Report changes in resident conditions as well as any other pertinent information to the appropriate decision makers in a timely manner.
- Chart care using electronic charting system

**Requirements**:

- (2) COVID vaccinations
- Current active registration with CNO in good standing
- Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screen) within last 6 months
- 2 step TB test within last 6 months
- Current CPR certificate
- Current Mask Fit Test (if available)
- Proof of Professional Liability Protection (PLP)
