**What you do**:Osmow’s is looking to hire a District Manager for the GTA / Northern Region. The District Manager oversees approximately a geographic region of restaurants in Central ON and ensures each location is following our “BRAND” standards.

**In this role you will be expected to**:

- Conduct regular Restaurant Audits, measuring Operating Standards, Food Safety, Guest Experience & Franchise Partner Success
- Optimize Osmow’s business practices to improve profitability, Restaurant growth, Franchise Partner engagement & financial performance
- Ensure you maintain current training requirements & deliver training as need to Franchise Partners & Restaurant Teams
- Work cooperatively with all District Managers & Osmow’s Support Team to implement Osmow’s Brand objectives, develop business practices & provide actionable feedback

**Who you are**:

- 2+ years’ experience in the Restaurant Industry or District Management role
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (including evenings and weekends if necessary)
- Strong communication skills
- You will need your own car to travel and a valid driver's license
- Experience in food safety
