- Significant experience in cloud environments (3 years+)
- Experience in Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible.
- Experience creating automated processes and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with Git.
- Relevant expertise on Kubernetes and Docker orchestration
- Expertise in network architecture, including load balancing, DNS, IPSec VPNs, and active-active, multi-location data centers.
- Ability to translate architectural requirements into implementation details.
- Strong skills in developing effective processes and writing documentation.
- Ability to share and transfer knowledge.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (peers, clients, partners).
- Analytical and detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Flexible with a positive and professional attitude in a high-pressure environment.
- AWS certification (asset) and team player.

**As AWS Cloud DevOps Professional, the role and responsibilities include**:
- Participate in the design of high-performance, reliable, resilient, economical and secure solutions to ensure successful deployments.
- Make recommendations to ensure that the architecture meets the business needs.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and support of server, storage, network and security infrastructures.
- Create pipelines, deploy and monitor services, and perform incident management.
- Design, implement and test a recovery plan to compensate for potential downtime or failure scenarios.
- Maintain data integrity by implementing appropriate access control for cloud services.
- Design, implement and support the system monitoring infrastructure.
- Create and implement cloud platform automation, monitoring and alerting elements, ensure that all infrastructure components meet appropriate performance and capacity standards, etc.
- In support of FX OpsCenter (operations center), you may also be required to troubleshoot production issues and respond to escalations after hours for your dedicated clients.
- Be on-call one or two times per month.
- Ensure that solutions are maintained to a high standard of availability, scalability, security and compatibility.
- Participate in and evaluate proof of concepts for edge-cutting solutions like AI/ML platforms and automation.
- Ensuring an effective transition to operational teams.
