We currently have 2 Service Advisors, 3 technicians, and 2 lot technicians.** **Service Department Responsibilities Include**: - **Service Team Hiring & Coaching**:Help General Manager hire and coach service team members - **Service Department Targets**: Consistently achieve agreed upon service sales volume, productivity, and profitability - **Warranty**: Manage warranty recalls and warranty submission oversight - **Customer Service**: Ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded - **Culture**: Live by and enforce Team and Business Culture.
