**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects' higher scope issues
- Prepare reports for program directors

**Requirements**:
**Must Have**:

- Need 8+ Experience in IT Program Manager with managing project budgets
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Must have a good decision making skills and rigor to decide on priorities towards project delivery and track project/program delivery.
- Must have excellent communication/articulation skills to present facts and drive project delivery.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- PMP designation is preferred
- Understanding of public safety radio technology and networks is considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
