**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with the team in the ongoing development of workflow and strategies to efficiently ensure our existing clients are equipped with the latest solutions and services
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional communication at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with CRM software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $17.00-$24.99 per hour
