**Job Title**:Royal Oak - Part-time Meat Clerk

**Location Name**:Royal Oak

**Schedule Requirements**:

- Evening and weekend availability a must
- Full-time, 4-20 hours per week

**What we need from you**:

- The ability to lift heavy items on a regular basis
- A heightened attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- An ability to prioritize tasks, follow directions and manage time
- A willingness to work both autonomously and with a team

- A desire to comply with established department procedures and safe work practices
- A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback

**Some of what you will do**:

- Cleaning and closing the Meat Department
- Stocking shelves, rotate and face products, build displays
- Ensure that high standards are set and maintained for all safety issues
- Perform other duties as required

**Experience and Education**:

- 1-2 years previous experience in a Meat Department an asset
- Customer Service experience is an asset
- Current Food Safe certification is an asset, however Country Grocer will cover the cost of certification upon successful hire

**The Compensation and Perks**
- No experience **$15.65/hour; $16.30+** for demonstrated experience
